Shipping and returns are part of the product
TideWe's worry-free purchase page stated that products available at www.tidewe.com are only delivered within the United States. The BaseCamp series page listed 30-day unused returns, two-day return processing, and a 365-day defect warranty of repair, replace, or refund. Those are seller policies as published on 15 September 2026.
If you are outside the United States, the official store is not a documented shipping path. Do not assume Amazon or another marketplace matches the same SKU, price, or warranty.
Hunting gear is not hiking pants
